I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. You can reset your password here. You will need the email address you used to create an account as an email will be sent to the address you provide.
After you have submitted your email address, please check your inbox for a message from the ADL Passport. This is to confirm that you have permission to change the password and access the account. Follow the instructions in the email and you should be able to create a new password and access your account again.
I need to activate my account
When you created your account, you should have received a confirmation email - however if you have not received your activation email, or the activation link within it has expired, you can resend it. The email can be re-sent using the form on this page.
